AirPods Pro2 won't work with certain conference call applications

I have a Windows PC for work. My AirPods Pro 2 works perfectly fine with website volume and music, but they don't connect correctly for Zoom, Webex, Dialpad and other video/conference call applications. They work perfectly fine with the applications on my iPad. Does anyone have an recommendations on how to change the settings to work properly on my PC?

Hi bakes309,

It’s possible you may need to adjust the settings for those specific apps. Have you verified you’ve selected the correct audio while using Zoom, Webex, Dialpad and other applications? You may need to check with the developers of the apps to find out how to change the audio settings.

You can also follow these steps to make sure your AirPods are set up correctly with your PC:

You can use AirPods as a Bluetooth headset with a non-Apple device. You can't use Siri, but you can listen and talk. To set up your AirPods with an Android phone or other non-Apple device,2 follow these steps:
1. On your non-Apple device, go to the settings for Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is on.3 If you have an Android device, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
2. With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid.
3. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light flashes white.
4. When your AirPods appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, select them.

This information is from Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices.

Take care.
