I can’t share or upload an edited photo

I’m ready to scream. Today I edited some pics in the Apple photos app. I’ve tried to share the picture to my phone with zero luck. If tried airdropping, attaching to an email, adding it to a text, and even putting it into shared albums. I’ve logged onto Facebook and tried uploading the photo onto there, but the “upload” button is still greyed out, as if I have no photo selected. I’ve tried converting the file to JPEG (it’s currently in RAW) and I’m experiencing the same issue as Facebook, it’s like the file doesn’t exist. I can see and edit it with no problems on my mac, but it’s like it’s stuck there.

HELP ME PLEASE! I’m ready to give up on Apple products at this stage, it’s always just so over complicated and never an explanation.
