No utilities tab in photo
I don’t have a utilities tab or folder in my Albums on my iPhone. How do I find my hidden or deleted photos within the 30 days

To locate the Utilities section of the Photos app, tap Albums, then scroll down to Recently Deleted. This is in the Utilities section of Albums.
You should find Hidden in this section as well. Use the information from the user guide for more help: Delete or hide photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support
