What happened to my hidden photos?
How do I hide new photos, but also, how to I find my old hidden photos album? It seems to have disappeared. I'm using iOS 17.6

In Settings>Photos, there is a choice to “Show Hidden Album.” If that’s off, people can’t even find the album!
In the Albums view, the Hidden album is with the Utilities at the bottom, below People and Media Types.
To hide a picture, you can select it, and the 3 dots (more…) icon appears at the upper right. Tap that, and hide is a choice. You can get a similar menu with a long press
