Greetings! ALS, Voice Banking and Creating a Personal Voice

Greetings! I'm recently diagnosed with ALS and have been advised to explore "voice banking" while my voice is still strong - just in case. When I began investigating voice banking and Team Gleason I discoved that Apple might have an alternative option. I'd like to explore what Apple is doing in this regard. I have an Iphone 13, but when I looked under the Accessibility tab I did not see the "personal Voice" option. I'm appreciative of any direction you might provide. Thanks, Scott

You are welcome. Has your iPhone been updated to iOS 17? The personal voice option will only be available on iDevices updated to iOS 17.

Thanks! Kind of you to respond. I've seen the referenced article. I have an Iphone 13, but when I looked under the Accessibility tab I did not see the "Personal Voice" option referenced in the article.

I'll likely have to find my way into an Apple store. Best ..

I'm attempting to update to IOS 17.1 but the phone reverts back. I've tried twice and now trying a 3rd time. Keeping hope alive!

Apparently the 3rd or 4th try was the sinch as I now have "Personal Voice" to jump into.
