Mac OS Sonoma 14.1 error after update

Following the update to Sonoma 14.1 (today 27 October 2023) I continually get the following dialogue:

“Apple Corporate Insight and Detection Agent” is damaged and can’t be opened.

"This file was downloaded on an unknown date".

I've restarted and it continues. The dialogue doesn't go away. I can navigate to the app but can't interact with it.

I suppose that is because , the update resets the computer clock and time component stops working . In my case, the clock got resetted to 7th Oct 2023 and even after trying to automatically set time & date , it did not work. I had to manually configured the time and after which the system started working normally . There seems to be a bug or issue with the update.

I think you’ve missed my point; the act of placing the file into the Bin, has stopped the pop-ups (an inactive state). That was my immediate requirement as the relentless pop-ups were annoying. However, appears to be some debate on here as to whether this may be a system file. Once it’s been verified either way by Apple, I will then either delete or resolve and reinstate.

Hi there, the problem occurred again following the update to Sonoma 14.1.1 today. This time I took some screen shots! I have tried to log a feedback request but I'm not sure how successful I was. The Case Number is: Case ID: 102138101303.

#1. This dialogue appears on first boot after 14.1.1 update and does not go away. You can move it around the screen and perform typical activities.

#2. When I click "Show in Finder" I see this Library entry.

#3. When I click the query symbol this is the support dialogue that presents.
