Yahoo mail restriction
My iphone no longer shows my yahoo mail app and will not allow me to open it! It keeps saying restrictions are preventing it but I dont know what I did or changed to make it do this and I need my email!

Removing Restrictions:
It seems you have Screen Time enabled. So, disable it. See here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
