Can’t add new bluetooth connections.

I just recently got the iPhone 15, and within the first few weeks of having it I noticed I wasn’t able to connect to my bluetooth headphones(Sony XM4s) nor my bluetooth stereo in my car. I figured it would be fixed with a new update so I just dealt with it. That’s not the case because I just updated my phone and there is still an issue with the bluetooth connections. I’m not sure what to do and I’ve already restarted my phone. Will this be fixed soon?
