iphone 12 sound issue - Service Program
Hi, my iPhone 12 receiver stopped working abruptly 2 weeks ago. As per terms and conditions, it is covered under the service program however the support team says there are scratches on the screen and hence they won't fix it under the program. My point is that the phone is working fine, and it is absolutely in workable condition except for the receiver, if the phone is manufactured in a way that the screen needs to be changed, it should be honored right? Can someone please help?
