iphone 12 sound issue - Service Program

Hi, my iPhone 12 receiver stopped working abruptly 2 weeks ago. As per terms and conditions, it is covered under the service program however the support team says there are scratches on the screen and hence they won't fix it under the program. My point is that the phone is working fine, and it is absolutely in workable condition except for the receiver, if the phone is manufactured in a way that the screen needs to be changed, it should be honored right? Can someone please help?

IOS 17.3.1 update top speaker stopped functioning the top speaker for my iphone 13 stopped working. I don’t really remember when I updated but not to long ago. Probably like two days ago. I’ve tried to see if it was just when on call. But it is as a whole I can’t use the top speaker. I have to take calls on speaker. So if I’m at work I can’t take the call private anymore and I know it was working just fine before the update. There are no blockages it is perfectly clean. So I’m just curious if anyone else if having this issue or if I just need the speaker fixed.

iPhone 12 Sound Issue The receiver of my iPhone 12 has completely stopped working, this is a manufacturing defect as confirmed by Apple. The repair is likely to take 10-15 days and Apple refuses to provide a loaner device to me for that period. They expect a working person to function without a phone for so many days. So disappointed with Apple service.
