Error occurs when trying to sync Apple Music library between iPhone and Mac

Yes I agree , unlikely, as Apple support confirmed to me the Music playlist problem was not an OS problem as it was happening on all my devices but not on the wrbplayer or Samsung tv Music app

If you go to Settings, then Music, and toggle Sync Library off and then on again, it can disrupt the Library on your iPhone as well.

Apple support had me toggling that switch on and off and 99% of songs disappeared on my iPad

I now have total of 64 songs on my iPad and whatever I do it ends up staying at 64

Ridiculous!

I’m experiencing this on my dad’s account. Library wont work on Apple Music Android, Apple Music windows or on his newly installed ipad.

This is crazy… love the support page showing no issues.

How do you change the password if you are not signed in 0.o

I also canceled my subscription until this is fixed. I don’t want to collect and then lose all my music, because the web version is also unstable for me.

Same issues except on a windows pc and Samsung ultra 22. Husband and I have the family share. His works just fine, yet I'm out. And we have the same phone!

Sadly it did not. Tried Public Betas this morning and still the same issue

Maybe we should send this topic to MacRumors/9to5Mac, if it gains enough attention maybe Apple will do something about it quicker

I have the same problem. Turned off syncing during my phone call with Apple support. After that all of my playlists are gone. Syncing does not work at all.

Could maybe an apple engineer just give us some information about the situation. Cmon now it's been weeks Apple. If this doesn't get resolved, I might have to switch to Spotify.
