"home" app pop up on my screen and is not responding

"home" app pop up on my screen and is not responding. can't click anything below to turn off phone etc. any ideas how to reset phone without clicking anything on the screen?

Iphone screen not working My Iphone 11 has this weird thing where the screen starts to glitch and clicking on apps that I didn't touch. This will go on for about a day day and a half then the phone will start working again, it stays like this for a few days then it starts bugging out again does anybody else experience this and how do I make it stop?

iPhone app won’t open My iPhone has started to go back to Home Screen when I tap an app. Was working fine earlier and when went to go back to app it just goes straight back to Home Screen. Help please if anyone can.
