I know, I know, first world problem here, but the Batteries widget for my Logitech MX Keys Mac keyboard shows as a mouse rather than as a keyboard, while it displays as as keyboard in the Bluetooth settings (as it always has). Anyone else notice this issue on their end with macOS Sonoma?
Do you use the Magic Keyboard?

I get that but all I would be able to send them is me following the exact instructions in the link I posted above from Apple. Not sure what else I can provide.

No, they never said anything like that. It seems based on their responses that it's an issue they're not aware of.

Looks like this convo I started got notice over on reddit. Others having this issue and it seems to be related to Logitech devices.
My keyboard is neither a Logitech product nor a Magic keyboard, but I'm having the same problem.
There's not much doubt that any third-party keyboard that isn't set up to report its battery level correctly will have the same problem.
That's clearly the issue with the MX Keys Mac, but not so with the MX Keys S. We'll see what Logitech has to say regarding the results.
Last but not least, even the Apple Wireless Keyboards that used batteries do not show in the Widget.
