I got a strange request from Logitech regarding this issue and I wanted to get your take. Below is their latest email to me containing the request.
Our Product Specialists just updated your case.
For us to try to replicate the issue on our end, kindly send us a video clip on how do you setup the widget on your Mac.
To upload a video recording to Google Drive please follow the instructions from Google Support, here. Once you have uploaded the video, please follow the instructions to ensure we will be able to access the file:
- Open Google Drive and locate your video file
- Highlight the file and right click to view the options for the file
- Select “Get Link”
- Update the permissions to “Anyone on the internet with the link can view”
By updating this setting, only those who you have shared the link with will be able to access the file.
Best regards,

One would think a company the size of Logitech can and/or has the ability to do this on their own with a Mac running Sonoma and wouldn't need me to do it for them to replicate the issue. Thoughts?
Edit: I responded and told them rather than me making a video that they go here to find out how to work with widgets in macOS Sonoma.
