IPHONE 14 PRO MAX
Since the last update, (iOS 17.1) the volume in my headphones it too low.
If the volume is below half, you can't hear anything at all; when you go above half something starts to be audible. But when the volume is at maximum, only then can you hear it as if it's set at half..

Go to Settings-Music-Sound Check
and toggle it off

If your using wired headphones with the apple lightning adapter go too settings->sound and haptics->headphon safety->lightning adapter and turn off connected too headphones this worked for me too make it a bit louder on my studio headphones
