Apple watch as the lifesaver for the Hard of Hearing (HoH)?

I am HoH and without my hearing aids, I hear nothing during the night. Further, any flashing lights, or super loud alarms or mattress shakers don't work to wake me up. That's why I rely on my apple watch for example for the alarm clock - it works like a charm.

Being HoH I rely on other smart connected devices like the Google Nest Protect Smoke Alarm, or a ring Doorbell and I am able to get the notifications on my Apple Watch even when I have the "Sleep mode" on. However, a single alert won't actually wake me up. Is there some way to convert incoming alerts into the same vibra-pattern that is used for phone calls or alarms? Because those work perfectly for me.

I know it's an oddly specific question but I am sure that some sort of control/conversion like this would be a blessing for many hearing impaired people. The thought of not waking when the smoke alarm goes off or a friend drops by your place and you don't hear the doorbell during a nap is not so nice...
