Needing help with apple tv A1625. Can not reset with my phone and does not come up in finder when I plug into my mac.
Light is flashing on the unit. When connected to TV it gives the Iphone / Bluetooth image.
When I held two buttons on my Apple TV Remote too long I got the same image on my TV screen that you experienced and my Apple TV box light just kept blinking. I kept the HDMI cable connected while removing the power cord from the back of the Apple TV Box and then plugged it back in. Everything then worked fine.
