Carrier Voicemail to Drop-down Menu Voicemail

As you can see, there are two types of voicemails on my screen: Carrier Voicemail and "Others." Others allows me to save, easily relisten, and share voicemails whereas the Carrier Voicemail must be called and I have to enter a password and listen to all voicemails in reverse chronological order. The carrier voicemail is full and I want to save those preferably to the "Others" section. How can I do this or simply record those voice messages?

You will need to contact your carrier. The visual voicemail has not been set up correctly by them. There is not a setting on your phone that can achieve what you want and voicemail is only handled by the carrier. After they have corrected your settings, you should restart your iPhone and should receive a Carrier Update by going to Settings > Cellular. I would expect that they will not be able to transfer your voicemails.
