Voicemail greetings

I had to forward work calls to my cell phone today so I had to set up a work appropriate voicemail greeting. My office line eventually came back up and I switched my iPhone voicemail back to the default greeting. Then my office line went back down and I had to forward calls again. I thought I could easily switch back to the earlier recorded voicemail but I had to record it all over again. Am I missing something? Being able to save more than one voicemail greeting seems like it should definitely be a thing in 2021?!
