How do I send a gift receipt with an online purchase? I want to send an iPad to someone as a surprise gift. I’m not entirely sure it’s the one they want, so I want them to be able to exchange it. I can’t find any option in the ordering process for a purchase to be mailed with a gift receipt.
Apple does not offer gift receipts. If the recipient wishes
to exchange the iPad, you will have to forward them
the original receipt. Be advised there is a time limit on
returns/exchanges - check to see what it is for your location.
