How to delete unauthorized root certificate from my iPhone 14 Pro Max?

There is a trusted root certificate on my personal phone that I didn't authorize and can't delete.

Settings doesnt show any profiles and the toggle to enable it is greyed out so I can't turn it off.

I've spent hours on the phone with Apple who are blaming my cell carrier and my cell carrier is telling me they absolutely have not installed a profile or root cert.

I don't know why Apple refuses to help or provide more info, I've reformatted my phone 7x and nothing is getting rid of it.

I have NO IDEA what it is but I want it deleted because it's not supposed to be there and my phone has not been working correctly and I don't know what this permission is enabling or for who.
