Just updated my watch to 10.1 now my Infograph face is missing both lower right and left icons. What happened where did they go?

I did that and the symbols still do not show up in the right or left lower corners - but when I touch either lower corner it comes up correctly - just to symbols ECG / Blood Oxygen are missing from the watch face
Just updated my watch to 10.1 , using Infograph face and it is missing the icons on the bottom corners both right and left. Help find them please
