M1 MacBook Air 2020 TV HDMI connection has no signal

Hey everyone, So I updated to Sonoma and since then I can't connect my Mac to the TV.

I plug in the adapter and then the HDMI cabel to the adapter and TV. My mac recognises the TV I can change setting like Hz, to be extended or mirror and etc, but on the TV it only says "No Signal".

I did try to do it with another TV and the result is the same and I did try in both cases with 2 different HDMi cabels.

Also all above adaptors and cabels have been used before with this same Mac and worked perfectly

I would really appreciate your help
