Due date for subscription services

I have been trying to change the due date for the Apple TV subscription. I asked before if I canceled the subscription and subscribed on the day of the month that I need the payment to come out if that would work, but no answer. I like the service, but I need a day date earlier in the month, why is there no way to request a different due date?
