How do I manually update AirPods when they won't update automatically?

I have two generations of Airpod Pros and neither of them have been updated automatically.

1nd generation airpod pro Firmware is 4E71

2nd generation airpod pro Firmware is 5E135

How can I manually update them?

iPhone 7, iOS 15
