Is there a way to push the firmware update for AirPods Pro First generation if it’s not automatically updating? Also, is there a way to do it without WiFi?

Firmware updates delivered automatically and you don't need to update your AirPods. Make sure your AirPods are charging and in Bluetooth range of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

Updating Airpods:
A. Forcing an Update:
No. This is not an option. The updates cannot be updated manually. They update the next time they sync to a device that itself is connected to the internet. This is because they do not have their own IP address. So, connect them to your iPhone, and let all be for few moments. It will sync itself, sure enough.
B. Updating Through Cellular:
You might be able to update using Cellular. See my User Tip: Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular - User - Tip
