What Apple programs provide facial recognition on my pictures to enable them in categories?

What Apple programs can I get free that will help sort my pictures? I have a bunch that are ***img (a number).jpg or ***img ( anumber).heic. All these pictures over the last 7 years need to be organized. There is an app called "mylio.com" that charges for it. I am hopefull that Apple has something to help em, does it exist? (MYLIO stands for "my life is organized"). Please and thank you for any valid responses. DM

Time Machine is only a backup app. It has nothing to do with facial recognition. Actually every user should have a backup strategy and Time Machine is one of the easiest to setup and use.

I see that it will take a lot of time. I saw something about time machine. I wonder how that might help. I appreciate your answer but I am new to Apple computers, although I have an apple I-phone.
