Notification badge still there

I cleared out everything on my Etsy app but theres still a notification badge on the icon. How do I get rid of it without having to disable the badge notification option in my iPhone settings?

How do I get rid of the badge icon on iPad Settings app? Ever since the last update, there is a red one showing up on my settings icon. When I open settings, there’s no action for me to take. When I close settings, the one goes away but then sometime later it shows up again. Is anyone else having this problem and does anybody have a solution? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
