Just upgraded to the 15 Pro and now universal clipboard via Handoff is not working

I had an iPhone 12 Pro running ios 17.x, and a Macbook running Sonoma. I could copy text on my Macbook and paste it into an app on my iPhone usually without issue. About once a week it would fail, then I would signout of iCloud on both devices, sign back in, reboot both devices and then it would work.

Today I upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro and it wouldn't work. I tried the process above, still doesn't work.

Before, when I would click into a text field on the iphone and then clicked one more time, I would get a "Paste" prompt and all was good. Now it only says "Autofill".

How do I turn this back on? I use this functionality a LOT.
