My i phone xr model having mic not working properly when I approach apple service centre they are not responding they ask me to exchange the phone I bought it before 3 years only please try solve this issue

We are all other users and cannot solve your issue. We do not work for Apple and have no access to accounts.

You need to work with Apple.

You have to understand:

Nobody on these forums can help you. This is NOT Apple support. We are other users from around the world.

You need to deal with the service center. You said they offer to exchange it - that is what your warranty offers.
