Cellular calling?

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

try making some change— for example turn off WIFI calling... or turn off Cellular calling and compare your result

You do not say much here: 5G, 4LTE...Roaming on or OFF|(?) Make some change in your settings and compare your results. View or change cellular data settings on iPhone

Verify your software is up to date.
