think my exgirlfriend is spying on my phone not sure if its family share or spyware but she knows who im talking to and my location

Pay particular attention to the checklists at the end of the Safety Guide.
Also ensure that there are not ANY unknown/extra Devices, or Trusted Numbers listed on your AppleID ( https://appleid.apple.com/ )
You might also reset your Touch/FaceID to ensure that your device(s) can only be unlocked and accessed by you.
BUT the most important item is to NOT reveal your AppleID passsword or device passcode to ANYONE …
… or hand your unlocked device to anyone whom you do not explicitly trust completely.
