Can my employer wipe my entire personal Mac that has their exchange account on it?

Currently, I am using an iPhone, that is mine to access EXCHANGE mail from my employer. They can wipe that, but I don't care as none of my personal information is on it.

I now have the ability to add my work email in the mail app on my MAC (I own), but I am concerned that they might be able to remotely wipe and that is something that I don't risk. I also have a Mac book Pro that I was going to add my work EXCHANGE email too.

So, my question is, with the above scenario, can my MAC wiped by them? I have read so many articles about this topic, but many of them contradicted each other.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

The best way to avoid something like that happening is to not use your personal devices for work.

It's something that should go without saying, but there it is.

If they have a web portal to the email server, you could simply just use a browser to access it.

You need to ask "them," not a community of end user volunteers who know nothing about your employer or their IT policies.

Yeah, I have a company laptop for this purpose. I hate having to drag my laptop out to check for emails and no, they don't allow Outlook Web Access.
