how do i add a second email address to my applepodcast.com account
I need to add the email address from my wementor.com website which is not a Gmail account.
How do I do that?

Your Apple ID email, which you use to sign into Podcasts Connect, does not appear in the feed (and obviously you wouldn't want it to). The address of your associated web page is carried in the 'link' tag. How you enter that depends on what method you are using to create your podcast - I assume you are not hand writing the feed - and you will need to look into the documentation for that method.
There is an 'itunes:owner' tag: this is used to enter a contact email for administrative purposes. It does not show in Apple Podcasts but of course it would be visible to anyone who can access the feed for reading.
