where can I find my iCloud email address?
I am trying to register my name and voice with the home app to control our home pods. It is asking for my iCloud email address. Where can I find that?

Depends on what device you want to do this on.
Generally the iCloud email address is associated with your Apple Account. For instance on an iPhone it can be found under Settings ➜ Apple Account ➜ iCloud ➜ Mail ➜ Account Information ➜ Default E-Mail.
