Can I undo a restoration?

I received a new Ipad after my other one broke. I connected it to a computer and it said restore. So I clicked restore and now all my information is lost and replaced by the old information from my old ipad. Can i undo the restaration?

Restoring an iPad will completely and irreversibly erase all prior data from the target device during the restore process. All data and settings on the device will be replaced by that included within the backup that was used to perform the restore.

If you have a backup of the device that was created prior to erase/restore, this other backup can be restored to the iPad. Otherwise, pre-existing data will have been lost.
