once i have backed up my iphone can i reset it to factory settings to send it away for repair, once repaired can i then restore it?
I had an accident and seriously damaged my iphone, it needs repair, I want to back it up, clear the phone then send it in for repair then restore it to where it is now; will back up help me do this and will it be a complete restore??
