Provide a Screenshot of Settings:

Going in to Settings, take a screenshot of it, and report back where you are not seeing this. IMPORTANT: Blank out personal info (i.e. names and time) by covering it with red-colored rectangles through use of the Photos app. The Link: Take a Screenshot on iPhone - Apple Support
