my saved videos from snapchat wont play on my iphone and snaps from snapchat wont play.

When i open a video snap on snapchat it doesn’t play and the same thing with videos i save from snapchat to my phone.

Videos not playing on my iPhone The videos in the Photos app don’t play untill I restart the phone, same goes for Snapchat videos that are sent via Snapchat messenger. The phone and the apps are all updated to the latest versions and nothing seems to fix this issue once and for all. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix it? Or is it a bug that needs to be fixed by Apple developers?

Videos received in FB Messenger will not autoplay on iPad as they do on iPhone. I have an iPad Pro and an iPhone XR. On my phone, any Facebook video sent to me in Messenger will automatically go to the FB post and start the video, however, when I try to open the same video sent to Messenger from FB on my iPad it takes me to FB and not the actual video post so I cannot ever get to the video on my iPad. Does anyone have any ideas as to what else I can do? 9-27-23 [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Photos won't play videos on my iPhone 15 Pro that I've taken I opened Photos on my iPhone 15 Pro and was trying to watch a video that I had recorded a couple of weeks ago. When I open the video, the pause button is available, but the video doesn't play. I can click on the pause and then click play, but nothing. I try to scroll through the video and only see the original frame. If I click the edit button, I can scroll through all of the frames of the video. The videos play on iCloud.com. They also play in Photos on my MacBook Pro. Everything was working the last time I tried to play the videos a week or 2 ago. I even tried recording some new videos, but they won't play.
