In Preview I want it to open with Thumbnails every time.
Does anyone know how to make a default setting for Preview that allows the thumbnail view every time you open Preview??

Open any PDF in Preview and select View : Thumbnail. Close the document and quit Preview. Any subsequent PDF will open with Thumbnails enabled. That is the case with Ventura and Sonoma, but may not be the case if you are still on macOS High Sierra.
