Mailing List in Yahoo Mail

On my iPad I have operating system 17.4.1. I do not see how to send a contact list in yahoo from my ipad. When I go to contacts i do not have what you are referencing above. When I go to contacts, they are listed on the left side of my screen but there is no edit button at the top. Can you show screenshots of what you are talking about.

i have several lists already in my yahoo account I just want to be able to send an email to one of those list from my iPad.

Assuming that you are using a recent version of iPadOS* and the native Mail App, you can create a Contact List (i.e., a Group), within your Contacts App, for the intended recipients. This Contact List can be used for Mail or Messaging.

Each member of the list must have a contact card within your Contacts App - obviously with the recipient email address.

To create your list, ensure the Contacts Sidebar is visible; tap the Sidebar button at top-left of the Contacts Window to expose the sidebar.

To create a new list, tap the Edit button at the top of the sidebar - then tap the Add List button at bottom-left. Give the list an appropriate name, then tap Done. Next tap the new list that you have created; this will open the list editor, where you can add contacts to your list with the Add Contacts button - adding additional contacts as required.

With the list created, just use the list name in the To, Cc or Bcc mail address field when sending mail.

(*) If you are using an older version of iOS for iPad, or a third-party mail App, you may be unable to create or use Contact Lists.
