i just bought an iPhone 15 pro and I’m experiencing faster than normal battery drainage. I thought the iOS 17.1 update was meant to fix it but it didn’t. My battery is worse than the 11 pro max. As I’m writing this post my battery went down 2 percent (in 4 minutes)

I was dealing with the same situation. My battery was dying SO fast. I went to Settings>General>Background App Refresh and toggled it to off and now my battery has not only lasted all day but I’m only at 79%. And I use my phone pretty heavily. I also just got it a couple days ago; so with getting it all set up and all I was using it more than normal, but still.. it shouldn’t have been dying so quickly. Thank the stars it’s under control now. It made 110% difference.

Bought the new IPhone 15 pro and pro max and the battery is worse than the previous generation after the update. This is unacceptable from the Apple Development team.

I'm having the same issue with my iphone 15, I have done nothing since the morning answered a few texts and my battery is down to 78%!!!!! And it's been 3 hours since I got up!!!
Battery draining rapidly during voice calls. My last 14 was much better then this in case of battery life
I bought 15 pro recently and the battery is a huge problem. It drains even faster than my old iphone 11. Any suggestions how do I fix or if this is a common issue through out 15 pro community?
Totoally correctly said. we should start comparing old apple to new apple. old apple will be the winner.
But you’ll loose everything on your iPhone, apps data, photos etc
