How do i install apple health on ipad

Is apple health available for ipad? I want to use my ipad for the Peloton app to sync with my apple watch like I do on iphone. I can’t find apple health app for ipad in the app store to load it. If I have done that on my iphone and synced it do i need to do it on the ipad too to get my watch to sync when I use the Peloton ipad app?
