Unable to print documents from QuickBooks online using Mac

Whilst busy on QBO, in tried to print an invoice but the page was blank except for my company logo. I have had this for the last 3 weeks now and tried everything to get it to print as it was earlier on that day. I have tried to download the invoice and then print but it just does the same thing.

I have deleted the printer, an Olivetti dCOPIA 4023 MF and reinstalled it a few times, everything else prints, letters, bills off of email and the test page comes out perfectly. It is only on QBO that this issue occurs. I am at my wits end here. Nobody else seems to be having this sort of issue using a MacBook.

I thought my scaling was out as it keeps saying 91% when for every other document it says 100% but when I change it to 100% it just does the same thing and reverts back to 91%.
