You can change options and set shortcuts for using Mission Control in Desktop & Dock settings. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Desktop & Dock in the sidebar and adjust settings on the right.

Are you actually referring to Mission Control or Stage Manager? The behavior you are talking about seems more like Stage Manager.
Uncheck/Turn off all of the items that pertain to Spaces in Mission Control.
Mission Control ia an app and when I click on it all the screen fly around. I don'y know where to go to turn off the items
I don't know anything about stage manager but a previous guy answered my question recommending I look at Mission mission control.I will try to find out whatbstage manager is
