I phone 13 pro white screen after IOS 17.1Update

I have recently done an update for my iPhone 13 pro, then it turned to a white screen after a few hours.

I have checked with apple care then they advised me to replace the display at my on cost since the warranty end. (I purchased on 2/10/2021 Now- 2years and 28 days)

Why should I do this in my on cost since it is happened though apple software update?

Could anyone advise for me this issue

My iPhone 13 Pro display is white Hello Apple, I got iphone 13 pro and updated to ios 16.0.3 and after some days my display got white and can't function anything. without any physical damage i got this issue.
