I updated my iphone XR to IOS 17 and it wants me to update my apple ID but its showing one I don’t have and it has no connection to my phone, i have an iCloud not a gmail apple id. Ive had this issue a few years ago and got it solved but dont remember how to…?

Is this Gmail adress an alias of yours? Try and re-enter your password to see if you can login with this. If not, please
