Where is com.apple.network.eapolclient.configuration??

I noticed that the Internet works strangely on my MacBook. Some applications work great, and some don't work at all. when I opened safari, the websites did not load. I read what this could mean, it was written that you can reset the Internet using finder, but there I did not find the file, which apparently is why the Internet is not working. what to do?
