I have recently purchased new iPhone 14 but unable to take screenshot all the ways, also I have updated the latest version IOS 17.1 but no luck.
I have done factory reset also but screenshot only worked for few hrs and later again stopped working.
Any suggestion??
What happens when you try to take a screenshot exactly?
On an iPhone 14, press the sleep / power button and volume up buttons at the same time and quickly release them to take a screen shot.
Does nothing happen?
Does something happen, but then you are unable to find the screen shot?
Please explain in as much detail as possible what is or is not happening.
