Command button makes windows disapear off screen

Hello,

I have a M2 Max Macbook Pro that I bought 6 months ago. I made the mistake of upgrading to Sonoma too soon so I had to reinstall my OS back to Ventura. I did a clean install.

But for some reason, now my command button on the left side of the space bar makes windows disappear. The command button on the right side works fine. It's driving me nuts because I use command a lot and I hate having to reach my fingers over to the right one.

I've checked the mission control settings and keyboard shortcut settings and all are good. I even had an open ticket with Apple, and they can't figure it out. Has anybody else experienced this?

What's strange is that when I make another user profile, the commend button works fine but I'll be ****** if I have to reinstall everything AGAIN onto a new user profile. I'm a designer and composer and I have 5TB of stuff, plugins, applications, etc. It takes me weeks to get everything the way I want it so if there is a solution that doesn't involve reinstalling everything, I'm all ears.

Here is a video of the issue:
