Sorting out multiple columns

I have a huge database of 16 columns and 99k rows. Is it possible to search for an item that appears in 3 of these columns?

You need to use a filter. Set it up with the toolbar's Organize / Filter sidebar. Create a rule for each column of interest to mask everything but what you're looking for.


At the beginning every possible value in the column is checked, click Deselect All then search for your item.



Here's an example of what the table will look like with and without filtering. (For this demonstration I made a copy of the first table but obviously you work with only one table).
